Nên chọn trọng lượng giúp bạn vung vợt thoải mái và giữ được kỹ thuật trong suốt buổi chơi. Cán cần vừa tay, không phải siết quá chặt; chiều dài cán cũng cần phù hợp nếu bạn đánh trái tay hai tay. Nếu có thể, hãy cầm thử trước khi chọn.
Người mới chơi nên chọn vợt pickleball như thế nào?
Hãy ưu tiên cây vợt dễ kiểm soát, trọng lượng vừa sức và kích thước cán cầm thoải mái. Lựa chọn phù hợp còn phụ thuộc vào thể lực, kinh nghiệm chơi thể thao và ngân sách; không nhất thiết phải bắt đầu bằng mẫu đắt nhất.
Vợt 14mm và 16mm khác nhau như thế nào?
Với các mẫu có cấu trúc tương tự, vợt 14mm thường cho cảm giác phản hồi nhanh và thiên về lực đánh, còn 16mm thường thiên về độ êm và khả năng kiểm soát. Độ dày không quyết định tất cả: vật liệu, cấu trúc lõi và phân bổ trọng lượng cũng ảnh hưởng đến cảm giác chơi.
