1. NFC authentication technology

How to Authenticate NFC on CRBN Paddles (TFW1, TFW2, TFW3, TFW4 Series):

Scanning location: The NFC logo is located on the front of the paddle handle (below the CRBN molecule icon).

Instructions: Unlock your phone (with NFC enabled), then tap the top of your phone (iPhone) or the back of your phone (Android) against the logo on the handle.

Authentication: Tap the notification that appears to access the CRBN homepage. The system will confirm "Authentic" status and allow immediate registration for the official warranty.

2. Check the serial number

All batches of CRBN paddles manufactured after the USA Pickleball (USAP) re-approval (approximately June 2022) have unique serial numbers.
Location: The serial number is laser-etched in small print on the bottom left corner of one of the paddle faces.
Verification: You can directly contact CRBN's support team via their website or fan page to request that they cross-reference this serial number in their system.

3. Visual and sensory distinction

Racket Face: Genuine rackets use premium Toray T700 carbon fiber, featuring a distinct and uniform texture. Fake rackets often have a smoother surface or uneven texture, and are prone to peeling after a few uses.

II. CRBN Racket Warranty Policy

✅ Time & format

6 months: Applies to all new CRBN paddle lines purchased from authorized dealers (such as Pickleplay.vn). The period starts from the date of electronic warranty activation or the date on the invoice.

📋 Warranty conditions

Delamination (Racket Delamination): The carbon surface separates from the core, creating an unusual sound or inconsistent bounce.

Core Crush: The internal honeycomb core collapses or flattens due to material defects.

Broken Handle: Although TFW series rackets have reinforced handles, cases of breakage due to structural defects are still eligible for replacement.

NFC Chip Error: If the chip cannot be scanned or displays incorrect information immediately after purchase.
NFC Activation: You must scan the NFC and register as the primary owner immediately upon purchasing the racket. CRBN's global system will record this activation date.

Distribution Seal: The racket must have the intact seal of the official distributor in Vietnam (if applicable).

Serial Number: The Serial Number engraved on the handle must match the data in the authentication system.
