🛍 RETAIL

1. Orders in Hanoi

• No deposit required
• Same day delivery via staff or inner city shipping partners.

2. Car delivery orders according to customer requirements

• Customer transfers 100% of order value
• Pay shipping fee to the carrier yourself
• PicklePlay supports sending goods to the bus station according to the information provided by the customer.

3. Inter-provincial / inter-regional orders

• For orders with large quantity of products and value under 3 million VND:
  → No deposit required
• For small quantity orders, special orders or orders worth over 3 million VND:
  → Deposit required in advance (specific deposit amount will be notified upon order confirmation)

4. International orders

We only process orders after receiving 100% payment through the following gateways:
